Can I Trust you to Deliver my Order correctly? Yes, definitely. We (Isan Flowers) are a real flower shop in Pattaya with very experienced staff and a great reputation for quality, service and reliability. We use the best flowers suppliers and normally use our own staff to do deliveries – which make us very reliable. See our Why Buy From Us page
You can also ask (via our Order Form) for a delivery photo so you can see what your Order really looked like (NOTE: Provision of photo is subject to recipient giving permission)


ORDERING

Must I give you the Full Name of the person I want you to deliver to? No - but it will help very much if you can give it to us. Sometimes, there is more than one person at a delivery place with the same nickname (short first name). The full First Name and Last Name of the recipient reduces the risk of delivering to the wrong person.
Must I give you the Full Delivery Address of the person I want you to deliver to? No - but it will help very much if you do give us as much information about the delivery place as you can. It will help us plan the delivery and find the recipient if we cannot contact them using the contact telephone number you give us
Must I give you a telephone number you can use to contact the person (or the place they work, or the people they work or live with) I want you to deliver to? Yes, this is very, very important. Before delivery, we need to check with the recipient (or someone who sees them regularly)  that we will be able to deliver your Order at the Date, Time and Place you have requested (or agree an alternative with them).
Please try to give us the mobile telephone number of the recipient. If you do not know their mobile number, give us the telephone number of place where they work, where they live or someone they meet every day.

PAYMENT

How can I Pay for my Order? Our preferred payment is via PayPal. It is fast and safe. We have put buttons on our website which will take you automatically to PayPal so you can pay immediately for your Order, which means we can deliver it quickly
Must I have a PayPal account? No. You can use the PayPal website to pay us using most major credit and debit cards without needing a PayPal account.
Can I Pay you any other way? Yes - if you create your Order at least 3 Days before your preferred Delivery Date and use our Contact Us page, we can send you any of the following ...
- a Google Checkout invoice (you need to have a Google Checkout account)
- a Payson invoice (Swedish customers, you need to have a Payson account)
- our Thai Bank Account details for you to send us a Bank Transfer
- our UK Bank Account details for you to send us a Bank Transfer

What should I do if PayPal does not accept my Credit/Debit card, or I have some other PayPal problem? Contact PayPal and/or use our Contact Us page to tell us your problem. We may be able to give you a solution

DELIVERY

Can you Deliver the Same Day I make my Order? Normally No. This is because .... (1) because you are probably ordering from outside Thailand, you may be in a country where the time is several hours behind Pattaya. This means that although it may be morning or afternoon where you are, it may be evening or night time in Pattaya – too late to deliver that day (2) we check our e-mail several times a day, but not continuously – so there may be a delay before we see your Order .
Where can you Deliver to? We normally deliver only to Central Pattaya (between Beach Road and Sukhumvit Road), South Naklua and North Jomtien ...... see map
Can you Deliver to Other Areas of Pattaya? Yes, at extra cost – the price will depend on the delivery location and we will need to send you an invoice (PayPal, for example) for you to pay before we can deliver. Please use our Contact Us page to tell us your delivery address, 2 Days or more before you create your Order – so we can tell you if we can deliver to that place and the price.
Can you Deliver to Other Areas of Thailand? No, not at the moment. However, we are working to make this possible soon.
